The wine
A Piedmontese white of excellence. It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The olfactory bouquet is fine, fruity and very persistent, mindful of the aristocratic scent of the grapes from which it comes. The flavor is smooth, balanced and sweetly minty. It goes very well with dishes based on fish and shellfish, roast or sauces.
Drinking and storing
Serve between 6ºC and 8ºC
