The wine

Dedicated to the founder of the company, Domenico Adanti. From the best selection of grapes coming exclusively from a crus on the hills of Colcimino, it is of an intense ruby color with garnet hues. The aromatic range is intense: cassis, tobacco, coffee and graphite. Warm, powerful, spicy, with velvety and balanced tannins, it is a long-lasting wine. It stays 30 months in wood and 24 months in the bottle. It goes well with long cooking succulent dishes.
