The wine
Intense straw yellow more intense during aging. The fruity and fragrant nose recalls the warm bread crust and the intense aroma of acacia flowers and ripe tropical fruits. On the palate it confirms the olfactory sensations and is elegant, full-bodied, moderately acidic, with delicate notes of yeast. It is a wine with a strong personality. Excellent for appetizers, hams, fish and white meats. Excellent as an aperitif.
