The wine

Produced by Fontanafredda strictly in the municipality of Gavi in Rovereto, this white wine feels the near call of the sea and owes its freshness and flavor to the sea. The fragrant Gavi di Fontanafredda is a white wine characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. It reflects the typicality of the grape from which it comes, releasing delicate hints of flowers and white fruits; the tasting is nervous and light with the typical freshness of the Cortese grapes. Really versatile, it is excellent as a wine for the whole meal, especially with light dishes based on white meats, fish and vegetables.

A project, led today by Oscar Farinetti, which looks back at history but above all to the future, with extraordinary sensitivity for packaging, marketing and distribution. In short, for Made in Italy in general. Protecting the landscape...
