Nun Vinya dels Taus from Enric Soler is a big, complex, sophisticated wine, the finest expression of the Xarel·lo grape. In the nose and on the palate, there is a never-ending variety of aromas and flavours, and the marked acidity makes this a fresh and lively wine as is typical of the top-end Xarel·lo wines from this producer and from Celler Pardas. It will hold up in the cellar for quite a few years (unless you succumb to the big temptation and drink it before that). For my personal taste, this is the best white wine there is. It's as simple as that!

As stunning as ever, Nun, the top-end wine from Enric Soler, entirely from the small Vinya dels Taus vineyard, lives up to all the expectations. This is a very rich, complex wine that brings out everything from the Xarel-lo grape. This wine is promising for cellaring, if you don't succumb to the temptation of drinking it sooner...

Another majestic vintage!
Nun is a fantastic, rich and complex Xarel-lo, at the very top of its kind. This new vintage lives up to all the very high expectations. It combines the complexity of fruit and terroir with a pleasant level of acidity. As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the best whites, anywhere -- it's that simple.
