The 2021 ROC is all elegance, perfume and sophistication, with a floral nose that is quite showy and exuberant, with notes of violets and lilies, lavender and aromatic herbs. It's medium-bodied and fine-grained, with very elegant tannins, like the ripeness of the grapes was much more perfect—they developed more nuance and complexity, and the quality of the tannins is very different from those of the 2020. 4,550 bottles produced.
Una vez más, increíble trabajo de Verónica Ortega en la tierra del Bierzo. Está claro que sin una excelente materia prima no se pueden realizar milagros, pero hay que tener el tacto y el saber para sacarle el máximo potencial. Un gran Bravo! a una de mis enólogas favoritas.

très belle découverte
Le nez séduit, on sent un vin avec du potentiel...la dégustation confirme cette impression: long en bouche , très agréable...un vin qu'on peut garder encore quelques années. Belle bouteille!
